Tiny hands, tiny feet, beautiful long eyelashes and squishy noses; all wonderful features of precious newborns… capturing your new baby in these early weeks before they begin to change each and everyday is something I love, and photos you’ll look back on fondly for years to come.
You can book in for this session from as early as your 20 week scan, and of course I can be flexible on the date as these little wonders rarely arrive on time! Newborn shoots are best during the first couple of weeks as they tend to be at their sleepiest, but we can still capture plenty of special moments after this time and can work around baby’s routine to find the best time for the shoot. A handy tip I tend to give is to make sure baby has a feed not long before arriving on the shoot, a nice full tummy tends to ensure baby is content and sleepy enough for those beautiful shots!
On the day please bring any of your baby’s usual comforts; dummy, blanket, teddy.. Once you arrive and hand over your precious bundle then sit and relax on the sofa, put your feet up and enjoy some much-needed me time. All sessions last between 2-3 hours so there’s no rush, no pressure.
Newborn session fees are £95.00 which is required upon booking to secure your session. Please note this does not include images.
You’ll be invited back to the studio within 2-3 weeks for an ordering appointment, this is where we sit down together and you’ll be shown all of your final edited images and you can make your purchases then (Price list avaliable upon enquiry)
