I haven’t always been a Photographer
Believe it or not, I actually used to work on a Trading floor of an Investment Bank…Pretty crazy career change I know. However, I have always been into Art and Photography, studying Fine Art at school & College, and owning a DSLR for as long as I can remember. I originally wanted to be a wedding photographer but it wasn’t until I had children myself that I knew I wanted to be a family and baby Photographer. I, therefore, took the leap of faith and opened up my own newborn photography business.
There is something incredibly special about working with families and capturing such huge milestones in their lives.
Along with my Fine Art Qualifications, I studied the art of Professional Photography, Newborn Photography and have trained with some of the worlds leading Newborn Photographers on Posing/ Lighting/Composition and Newborn Safety. I’m also a member of the BPA (Babies & Photographers Association)
I would describe my photography style as posed but simple, with an element of fun. I want to create timeless pieces that you can hang on the wall and treasure forever.
The Studio is based at my home in Brentwood, Essex
I live by the Motto “my home is your home” for the few hours that you are with me.
The studio is calming and snug with a couch for you to relax and have a cup of tea with a biscuit or two whilst I work my magic!
